REVELATION 15:3-4

REVELATION 15: 3-4  TODAYS KEY WORD > MANIFESTED

MANIFESTED > obvious: clear to see or understand

Here we are in chapter 15 verse 3-4 , reading about the song of Moses, the servant of God and the song of the lamb.

3 They sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying:

“ Great and marvelous are Your works,
      Lord God Almighty!
Just and true are Your ways,
      O King of the saints!

4 Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name?
      For You alone are holy.
For all nations shall come and worship before You,
For Your judgments have been manifested.”

This is a great song to the Lord , it makes this chapter and the chapters before it so perfectly clear and easy to ‘understand >

REVELATION 15:2

REVELATION 15:2 > TODAYS KEY WORD > VICTORY

1.  defeat of opponent: defeat of an enemy or opponent
2.  success: success attained over a difficult situation or opponent

Here in chapter 15 verse 2 we read that those that resisted the beasts , mark, image and number were rewarded and they have victory . They are standing what looks like a sea of glass mingled with fire ,and are given harps of God >

REVELATION 15:1

REVELATION 15:1> TODAYS KEY WORD >COMPLETE

COMPLETE>

1.  whole: having every necessary part or everything that is wanted
2.  finished: having reached the normal or expected end

3.  absolute: being the greatest degree of something

As we begin chapter 15, verse one we must be prayerful and ask God for wisdom and discernment and knowledge >

It reads that John saw another sign in heaven , great and marvelous , seven angels having the seven last plagues , for in them the wrath of God is complete >

I like all three meanings of the word complete as shown here, whole , finished , complete. Read these meanings carefully , you know when you have read them and referred back to this verse that the end is near . The last 7 judgements are about to descend on mankind >

GATHERED>

1.  Form into group: to bring people or things together, or come together, to form a group

As we finish up chapter 14 , we read that the sickle has been thrust into the earth and gathered up the vine of the earth and it is thrown into the great winepress of the wrath of God < the winepress was trampled outside of the city and blood came out of the winepress up to the horses bridles for one thousand six hundred furlongs( measure of distance: a measure of distance equal to 220 yards (approximately 201 meters),

REVELATION 14: 17-18

REVELATION 14:17-18> TODAYS KEY WORD > GATHER

 GATHER :

1. Form into group: to bring people or things together, or come together, to form a group
2.   Harvest something: to pick or harvest a crop

There are lots of meanings for todays key word . I think these two are the most appropriate for todays verses>

Here there are two additional angels , one with a sharp sickle and another who had power over fire . They are preparing to harvest the grapes for they are fully ripe >

The reference to grapes and the vine here is simply referring to the people left here on earth in this final 7 years of time . The Lord refers to the Vine and the harvest all through the Bible . Symbolically , these terms are used many times in Gods word , both in the old and the new testimont >

REVELATION 14:16

REVELATION 14:16 > TODAYS KEY WORD > CLOUD

CLOUD >mass of water in sky: a visible mass of water or ice particles in the atmosphere from which rain and other forms of precipitation fall

I LOVE clouds , as I walk out my door each day , I always remember to LOOK UP  , the sky is so very beautiful , and each day brings a new cloud mass and you never know , you may see Jesus coming in the clouds one day . He will return that way we are told and thousands of saints riding behind Him on white horses > Oh what a sight that will be !

In the picture above you can see how very beautiful our clear skies are here in Leavenworth , Wa. . We have nearly 300 days of sky this blue , bluebird blue some call it . I call it Gods glory ! It is so beautiful as seen here with freshly fallen snow on the trees, rivers and Mountians>

God has blessed me and my husband Bob with the joy that surrounds us here each season, May you to be truly blessed this day >
